Job Description:

Join a 13-week contract on a diverse 29-bed stepdown/med-surg unit in Morgantown, West Virginia, where you'll be part of a team supporting a mix of medical diagnoses on a flexible, fast-paced floor. This role is perfect for both new and experienced RNs comfortable with a 6-patient med-surg or 3-patient stepdown caseload, with all patients requiring titrated drips like Heparin, Insulin, and anti-hypertensives. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, gaining exposure to advanced equipment such as vents, BiPAP, and HiFlow, with remote telemetry monitoring ensuring you're supported around the clock. Expect to collaborate with charge RNs and House Supervisors, while enjoying the unique challenge of handling a variety of patient needs in a largely under-construction unit that promises to be state-of-the-art by early 2026.
