Job Description:

Join our outpatient oncology clinic as a Registered Nurse, where you'll work a consistent schedule of four 10-hour days, providing essential care for adult patients navigating hematology and medical oncology treatments. Your role involves rooming patients, reviewing medication reconciliations, obtaining orders, supporting procedures, and communicating effectively with providers. This assignment offers a close-up look at cancer care, including pre- and post-transplant care, with an emphasis on clinics that process approximately 15-25 patients daily. You’ll work with a dedicated team, including medical oncologists and ARNPs, utilizing Epic Ambulatory for charting. The environment encourages collaboration, with opportunities to support various physicians and occasionally work across clinics. This is an ideal position for experienced nurses seeking a focused outpatient setting that values clinical expertise without overnight or holiday shifts.
