Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum Registered Nurse, working in a rewarding postpartum unit that cares for both mothers and newborns without the need for ICU-level interventions. You'll be providing compassionate care during overnight shifts, with responsibilities including supporting breastfeeding, monitoring fetal and newborn health, and assisting families in their early postpartum journey. This role offers an engaging experience in a busy, 32-bed unit with the opportunity to work with a mix of routine and high-risk patients, such as late preterm and substance-exposed newborns. Clinicians may float within scope to meet facility needs, and night shift schedules ensure a peaceful environment for rest and focus.
