Job Description:

Join us on a 13-week adventure as a PACU Registered Nurse at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. This role offers a chance to work in the OR Ambulatory PACU, where you'll be part of a team responsible for providing post-anesthesia care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Expect to rotate shifts between days, evenings, and nights, including weekend call shifts—so flexibility is key. You'll be caring for patients recovering from diverse surgeries such as orthopedics, neuro, GYN, and robotic procedures, making each day uniquely challenging and rewarding. Your extensive PACU experience will be essential in ensuring smooth recoveries and safe patient handoffs. The job combines technical expertise with the opportunity to collaborate closely with surgical teams in a setting that values precision and compassion.
