Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract at a hospital located in Prescott Valley, Arizona, as a skilled Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse. This night-shift role offers a chance to work with a dedicated team on a 30-bed unit, specializing in Med Surg, Telemetry, and PCU. You'll interpret telemetry data, care for patients recovering from surgeries like hip and knee replacements or small bowel resection, and handle complex cases such as COVID and MRSA infections. Your expertise in dysrhythmia interpretation and experience in Med Surg or telemetry will be essential. The unit operates with a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio, and you're expected to precept nursing students, providing valuable mentorship in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for those who enjoy a mix of technical skill application and patient-centered care in a setting that values both independence and collaboration.
