Job Description:
Join a vibrant team as a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse in Newark, New Jersey. This 13-week contract offers a unique chance to flex your critical care skills in an ICU and CCU environment, where you'll experience a mix of patient scenarios that keep your expertise sharp. The role involves working 12-hour day shifts, with the opportunity to float within your skill set across ICU, CCU, and step-down units, providing a dynamic rhythm for those who thrive on variety. Your work will focus on managing ventilated patients, arterial lines, and interpreting ABGs, while following best practices in post-cardiac surgery care and rhythm management.
