Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse on the night shift, working 12-hour overnight shifts in a specialized, closed-unit maternity setting. This unique role involves caring for women through LDRP rooms, a C-section suite, PACU, and a 4-bed special care nursery. Your expertise in mother/baby care will be essential as you contribute to a facility that prioritizes continuous improvement and patient safety. Expect to collaborate with a supportive staff team, including preadmission nurses, discharge planners, and lactation consultants, all committed to providing exceptional maternal and infant care without floating outside the unit. Experience in L&D and mother/baby units is essential for success in this focused environment.
