Job Description:

Join our team as a travel healthcare professional in Albany, GA, working on a 12-hour mids shift. This role offers an engaging opportunity to operate within a busy emergency department that manages a wide variety of cases from pediatric to geriatric patients. You will be essential in supporting a high-acuity environment, including trauma, neuro cases, and trauma ship-outs. The assignment is set for 17 weeks with an hourly commitment of 48 hours per week, providing a stable yet dynamic setting to showcase your expertise. This assignment emphasizes compliance with specific protocols and certifications—be prepared to demonstrate your experience with Meditech EMR and hold all required credentials, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and additional certifications. The successful traveler will thrive amid a fast-paced environment that values proactive safety measures, teamwork, and adaptability, all within a setting that keeps patient and staff safety top priority—but don’t worry, there’s plenty of support from charge nurses, nurse aides, and respiratory therapists to keep everything running smoothly.
