Job Description:

Join the team at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri, for a 13-week travel RN contract working 12-hour night shifts. This position focuses on orthopedic and trauma care within a busy Level 1 Trauma Center and Stroke Center. You'll be assisting with post-op knee, hip, and shoulder replacements, trauma patients, and neuro overflow cases. The role offers the chance to gain valuable experience with traction, fixators, and cooling equipment, all while collaborating with skilled unit secretaries and PCTs. Expect a predictable schedule of three 12-hour shifts and three weekend shifts per schedule period, with the opportunity to work alongside experienced staff and utilize advanced equipment. It’s a chance to stay busy, learn, and contribute to highly specialized patient care in a fast-paced environment.
