Job Description:

This 16-week travel nursing opportunity is centered around providing specialized labor and delivery care in an intimate 17-bed LDRP unit. As a seasoned RN with at least three years of recent labor and delivery experience, you'll be immersed in postpartum, couplet care, and circulating for C-sections. The role involves night shifts of 12 hours, offering a chance to work through the quiet of the night while supporting new mothers and their families in a welcoming setting. Please note that applicants must reside at least 50 miles from Fairbanks and have a valid Alaska RN license, along with current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications. The position includes six weekend shifts per six-week period, with some holiday shifts as needed. Free housing is provided for one occupant, with requests for time off manageable within the assignment period.
