Job Description:

Join a vibrant pediatric cardiac ICU team in Charlotte, North Carolina, where you'll care for some of the most critically ill young patients—from newborns to teenagers—with complex congenital heart conditions and post-surgical needs. This 13-week contract offers a chance to work in a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center known for its advanced treatments, including ECMO, Impella, and ventricular assist devices. While the setting is intense, it’s also rewarding, with a dedicated team that values trust and teamwork. Expect to be involved in high-acuity cases, providing critical care and working closely with a multidisciplinary team certified in managing the most complex cardiac patients.
