Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel nursing contract in Alexandria, LA, working night shifts from 7PM to 7AM. You’ll be providing care to post-surgical patients, mainly in orthopedics and general surgery, with a special focus on neuro populations. This role is perfect for a registered nurse who enjoys a mix of routine and complex nursing tasks, all while navigating the exciting challenge of floating between units. If you’re comfortable practicing independently and have experience with EPIC, this assignment offers a great opportunity to expand your skills in a supportive environment. The position is in a hospital setting, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1 or 6:1, depending on staffing. Expect to work full-time, around 36 hours per week, with the possibility of temp-to-perm arrangements.
