You'll be stepping into a well-established unit that handles some of the most delicate neonatal cases, including prematurity as early as 22 weeks, high-risk deliveries, and complex diagnoses like NAS, HIE, and surgical patients. Your expertise in respiratory support, ventilator management, and line care will make a real difference. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts with flexible block scheduling—perfect for balancing work and play. This role offers a chance to work in a state-of-the-art NICU attached to a vibrant pediatric hospital connected to a busy adult hospital, providing a comprehensive clinical experience.
