Job Description:

Join our team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse on a 12-week contract in Alton, Illinois. This role offers a chance to work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with no weekends or call responsibilities, providing a balanced work schedule. You will care for adult and geriatric patients in a 24-bed unit, monitoring telemetry and providing advanced medication infusions, including non-titrating cardiac drips and neurologic assessments.
