Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 13-week contract in Marquette, Michigan, working night shifts in a specialized observation unit within a 225-bed hospital. This role offers you the chance to focus on adult patients, managing conditions such as chest pain, asthma exacerbations, TIAs, abdominal issues, urinary problems, blood sugar concerns, DVT/PE, cellulitis, post-procedural monitoring, and minor trauma. The unit provides a supportive environment with cardiac monitoring equipment, and nurses will float across medical, cardiac, and neuro-ortho units as needed. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with weekend and holiday commitments, all while being an integral part of a facility renowned for its imaging, surgery, and lab services. It's a great opportunity to gain varied experience while exploring Michigan's upper peninsula—an area known for its natural beauty and outdoor adventures.
