Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract in Morgantown, WV, working night shifts on the 12-hour night schedule. This role offers a chance to experience a hands-on, fast-paced MedSurg environment with a focus on patients requiring critical but routine care like chest pain, COPD, AMS, pneumonia, UTI, and abdominal pain. The unit features both stepdown and floor beds, with unique opportunities to read telemetry strips and manage titratable drips. You’ll have the chance to influence patient outcomes in a supportive environment that includes a budgeted charge nurse and house supervisor. Expect to work directly with telemetry and monitor techs, contributing to a collaborative team focused on delivering quality care in a busy but rewarding setting.
