This role offers a unique opportunity for seasoned RRT-NICU professionals to apply their expertise in a self-scheduling environment, working 12-hour days. Your focus will be on supporting critically ill neonatal patients with cutting-edge respiratory care, all while experiencing the vibrant energy of a facility dedicated to the youngest patients. Experience working with level 4 NICU cases is essential, and cardiac PICU skills are highly preferred. Location: Charlottesville, Virginia
Shift: 12-hour days
Duration: 52 weeks
Hours per week: 36 hours, with options for 36 or 48 hours
Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday (must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays), self-scheduling model with manager explanation, flexibility based on availability
