Job Description:

Take your nursing expertise on the road as a Tele Float Registered Nurse in Worcester, Massachusetts. This 13-week contract is designed for an experienced acute care RN who is comfortable supporting telemetry assignments, working with Epic, and adapting to changing unit needs during overnight shifts. You will work three 12-hour night shifts each week, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with every other weekend and every other holiday included. A major holiday assignment is required.

A Massachusetts RN license must be in hand, along with at least 18 months of acute care experience and prior telemetry and Epic experience. Orientation includes medication and telemetry exams, each with one pass/fail attempt; unsuccessful completion results in immediate contract cancellation. Study materials will be provided during the compliance process and before the first day of the assignment. Consider it a focused night-shift adventure for a nurse who is ready to float where needed.
