Job Description

Step into a 13-week Emergency Room Registered Nurse contract in Leonardtown, Maryland, working 12-hour night shifts in a combined adult and pediatric emergency department. You will manage a varied emergency caseload with a 1:4–6 nurse-to-patient ratio, using Cerner to document care and support patients during urgent, often fast-changing situations. This assignment includes every-other-weekend coverage, required holiday coverage, and Monday orientation. Bring at least two years of emergency nursing experience, prior travel experience, and ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications for this night-shift adventure.

Expect generally cool, crisp weather with comfortable daytime temperatures, cooler evenings, and occasional rain. Layered clothing and a light jacket are useful for exploring the area between shifts.
