Job Description:

Join a travel emergency department assignment in Burien, Washington, caring for a broad range of emergency patients, including stroke, STEMI, pediatric, and major trauma cases requiring stabilization and transfer. This 12-hour night role follows a 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. schedule and offers experience in a high-volume emergency setting with cardiac and stroke capabilities. Nurses monitor cardiac rhythms, manage ventilated patients, perform lab draws, and may support triage when qualified. The assignment includes regional emergency department coverage when needed, along with structured orientation to the unit, electronic medical record, and local workflows.
