Job Description

Take your MS/Tele nursing experience to Salem, Oregon, for a 13-week contract on a general surgery unit. Working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., you will care for adult post-surgical and medical-surgical patients, including those recovering from urology, gynecology, trauma, general surgery, and plastic surgery procedures. The assignment may include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia management, wound care, continuous bladder irrigation, bariatric surgery pathways, BiPAP, and select medication drips. Nurses should be prepared to float within scope when needed. Every-other-weekend coverage is required, and first-time travelers are welcome.
