Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare contract as a Registered Nurse in a progressive care setting caring for patients with cardiac conditions, NSTEMI, post-cath procedures, atrial fibrillation, CHF, GI bleeds, detox needs, respiratory distress, and sepsis. This 12-hour night assignment includes managing and titrating medications such as nitroglycerin, diltiazem, insulin, heparin, and amiodarone. Experience with post-cath patients and arterial lines is beneficial. The unit uses telemetry monitoring, CPAP, BiPAP, and Optiflow, with every-other-weekend and holiday expectations, floating to medical-surgical or intermediate-care overflow, and a short unit orientation. Navy blue scrubs are required.
