Job Description:

Provide specialized cardiovascular intensive care for a 13-week travel assignment in Dayton, Ohio. This role supports critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and treatment, including Impella devices, post-cardiac surgery recovery, pre- and post-cardiac catheterization or intervention care, pulmonary artery lines, Swan-Ganz monitoring, vents, drips, arterial lines, sheaths, dialysis, and ABG collection. You will work overnight shifts in a CVICU setting with a focused 1:2 patient assignment and collaborate across specialty areas when needed. A little night-shift stamina will go a long way in this heart-centered assignment.

Weather:

Expect crisp, cool conditions with comfortable daytime temperatures, cooler evenings, changing foliage, and occasional rain. The weather is well suited for scenic drives, outdoor walks, and exploring the area between shifts.

Job Specifics:

Location: Dayton, Ohio

Shift: 12-hour nights, 4 shifts per week, approximately 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Duration: 13 weeks, 48 hours per week
