Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract is an opportunity for an experienced stepdown or progressive care RN to support adults with heart failure, chest pain evaluations, NSTEMI, post-procedure needs, COPD exacerbations, and drug or alcohol withdrawal. Working overnight shifts, you will provide close cardiac monitoring, interpret strips, manage IV drips such as heparin, nitroglycerin, amiodarone, Cardizem, and insulin, and care for patients requiring an advanced level of observation. The assignment includes four 12-hour night shifts each week, with floating within medically appropriate specialty areas as needed. Every-other-weekend and holiday availability is required, making this a strong fit for a traveler who enjoys focused cardiac care after dark.
