Job Description:

This contract position as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Step Down unit at Emory University Hospital places you in a high-acuity, cardiac-focused environment. You will work predominantly 12-hour days, three days a week, providing specialized care for complex cardiac patients such as those with heart transplants, LVADs, or undergoing cardiac procedures. Your role involves interpreting telemetry, managing multiple cardiac drips, and responding to the needs of patients with conditions like heart failure, arrhythmias, and post-procedure care. This assignment offers an opportunity to deepen your cardiac expertise in a rigorous, fast-paced setting, with the chance to work independently on technically demanding tasks.
