Job Description:

Join a Seattle emergency department travel assignment providing care for adult and pediatric patients with conditions including sepsis, cardiac events, respiratory concerns, abdominal pain, fractures, stroke, and heart failure. The role also includes exposure to medical-psych, involuntary, voluntary, restraint, seclusion, and substance-use cases, with pediatrics representing approximately 10% of the department’s volume. You will work three 12-hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule, primarily from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with weekend coverage at least every other weekend. Occasional floating to Edmonds and other campuses may be required. This assignment is well suited for a registered nurse experienced with emergency interventions, including airway support, chest tubes, cardioversion and defibrillation, central-line access, EKGs, drains, feeding tubes, and infusion devices.
