Job Description:

This travel nursing assignment in Sun City West offers the opportunity to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts. You will develop individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, review clinical information, administer care according to orders and nursing standards, coordinate with the healthcare team, document accurately, and support patients and families through education and discharge planning. The role also includes appropriate delegation and supervision of other care team members, making each shift a blend of clinical judgment, hands-on nursing, and thoughtful coordination.
