Job Description:

Join a cardiovascular operating room team in Miami as a Certified Surgical Technologist supporting complex open-heart and thoracic procedures. You will prepare the operating room, anticipate the surgical team’s needs, maintain sterile technique, and assist with cases including CABG, aortic and mitral valve replacement, thoracotomy, ECMO, pacemaker placement, tracheostomy, and MAZE procedures. The assignment includes weekday coverage with scheduled on-call responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work independently in a specialized CVOR setting. Scrubs are provided in the OR.

Job Specifics:

Shift: 12-hour days; regular weekday schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with weekday and weekend on-call coverage
Duration: 36 hours per week for 13 weeks
