Job Description:

Provide specialized care in a Level III neonatal intensive care unit serving premature infants and babies experiencing respiratory failure. This travel assignment includes 12-hour night shifts, bedside report, and a focus on caring for infants rather than cardiac surgery or defect repair cases. The role may include charge responsibilities, break relief, and occasional floating to another Sacramento-area facility. Enjoy access to 24/7 respiratory therapy, pharmacy support, and in-house hospitalist or intensivist coverage while working within a baby-friendly setting with excellent breastfeeding support.
