Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment in Lynchburg as a registered nurse focused on care transitions in the acute care setting. You will assess patients’ discharge needs, coordinate safe and appropriate discharge plans, and help ensure each plan meets individual needs along with state and federal requirements. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with occasional weekend or holiday coverage possible. The primary location is Lynchburg, with potential coverage in Bedford or Farmville.

Job Specifics:

Location: Lynchburg, Virginia

Shift: 8-hour days, primarily Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; occasional weekend or holiday coverage may be required

Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week
