Job Description:

Join us as a Case Manager Registered Nurse (LCSW or RN) on an 13-week travel assignment at a reputable short-term acute care hospital in New London, Connecticut. This role offers a balanced schedule of 8-hour days, working every other weekend, in a vibrant hospital setting that handles med/surg, neurology, oncology, cardiac, and obstetric patients. You’ll have the chance to impact patient care through care coordination and discharge planning, all within a Level III trauma center environment. Epic charting experience and at least two years of acute hospital or home health experience are essential for success in this role.
