Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is for an experienced emergency department nurse supporting a 41-bed unit in Denton, Texas. Working overnight 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., you will care for patients with conditions including stroke, acute coronary syndrome, diabetic emergencies, and acute kidney disease. The department is a Primary Stroke Center and Accredited Chest Pain Center with a 24/7 cardiac catheterization lab, and trauma experience is highly preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of emergency department experience, including one year of travel experience, along with TNCC and BLS certifications; ALS, PALS or ENPC is also required. CPI is required upon extension.
