Job Description:

This travel contract is designed for an experienced Neuro Stepdown Registered Nurse who enjoys caring for patients with complex neurological conditions. You will care for neurosurgery, neurology, and epilepsy patients experiencing strokes, seizures, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, aneurysms, and changes in mental status. The assignment includes telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV starts, and care for patients with tracheostomies. Work three 12-hour day shifts, participate in every-other-weekend scheduling, and be prepared to float within your scope when needed. Strong neuro experience is valued, including for first-time travelers.
