Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Farmington, New Mexico, caring for adult patients on a surgical inpatient unit. This RN role focuses on orthopedic and neurosurgical recovery, with additional medical and nephrology cases as needed. You will provide postoperative care, manage NG tubes, chest tubes, Foley catheters, respiratory concerns, diabetes, sepsis, alcohol withdrawal, rib fractures, altered mental status, and pain management. Travelers may also support sister units, including medical, nephrology, inpatient rehabilitation, cardiology, and pediatrics for adult patients. Enjoy 12-hour day shifts in the scenic San Juan River Valley, where a workday can be followed by river views, mountain landscapes, or a nearby adventure.
