Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment in Phoenix offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in an acute care setting while assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, coordinating treatment, and evaluating outcomes. You will deliver direct patient care, document thoroughly, provide education to patients and families, and guide licensed and non-licensed team members as needed. The role combines clinical judgment, hands-on nursing, care coordination, and patient advocacy during 12-hour day shifts.
