Job Description:

Join a fast-paced, 13-week contract on a specialized unit that demands critical thinking and adaptability. This night shift role places you at the heart of adult and geriatric care, focusing on cardiac, nephrology, stroke, and diabetes management, with continuous EEG monitoring. You'll be working alongside a dedicated charge nurse and a team of nurse aides, managing patient loads with ratios of 1:4-5 and 1:10 or 2:20, respectively.
