Job Description:

This 15-week contract places you in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) where you'll be responsible for caring for adult patients with diverse diagnoses, including cardiac, dialysis, cancer, and stroke. Your role involves managing titratable drips such as Heparin and Dopamine, troubleshooting high-flow oxygen equipment, and interpreting telemetry strips. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, supporting a team that values flexibility, teamwork, and clear communication. The environment emphasizes patient safety and experience, with an active focus on responsiveness and cultural competence, especially with Hispanic and Somali populations. You'll find this assignment both challenging and rewarding, offering a chance to hone critical skills in a collaborative setting.
