Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment caring for pediatric and young adult patients in a PICU setting. This Registered Nurse role includes caring for respiratory, medical, trauma, surgical, neurological, and cardiovascular patients, including those with tracheostomies, congenital heart defects, high-flow oxygen, CPAP, BiPAP, asthma, RSV, oncology needs, and complex chronic conditions. You will provide care across a broad range of acuity levels and support patients from surgery through discharge. Core responsibilities include ventilator and tracheostomy management, suctioning, feeding tube and chest tube care, drip management, Foley care, discharge preparation, and select CRRT support. Epic is used for documentation, and travelers may occasionally assist in MedSurg, the ED, or NICU. Day shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with every-other-weekend rotation.
