Job Description:

Join a travel nursing assignment in Glendale, Arizona, providing comprehensive care across the patient experience. You will assess physical, psychological, social, cultural, developmental, and educational needs; develop and update individualized care plans; provide direct nursing care; coordinate with the healthcare team; evaluate patient progress; and document assessments, interventions, responses, and orders accurately. The role also includes patient and family education, discharge planning, delegation and supervision of support personnel, and collaboration with physicians and other caregivers. This assignment offers the opportunity to support patients through a full 12-hour day shift while enjoying the sunshine of the Valley of the Sun.
