Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment as a CVICU Registered Nurse in San Diego. This role is designed for an experienced critical care RN who is comfortable managing complex cardiac, neuro, general, stroke, medical, surgical, kidney, liver solid organ transplant, and trauma patients. Clinical expertise with IABP, Swan-Ganz, epicardial pacing wires, arterial lines, phlebotomy, PICC lines, chest tubes, ventilators, telemetry, and IV starts is required, along with ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications. The assignment includes night shifts across three clinical locations, with the possibility of floating to emergency department inpatient overflow. The four-week schedule is provided two weeks in advance, and the work location is communicated before each shift.
