Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as an Orthopedic Registered Nurse on a travel contract where you'll be immersed in a 29-bed unit providing comprehensive care for adult to geriatric orthopedic patients, including those recovering from joint replacements, fracture repairs, and kyphoplasties. Your role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) every other weekend, with float coverage as needed. You'll coordinate post-operative care, monitor telemetry, and collaborate with physical therapists—all while navigating a fast-paced, high-volume environment that offers a balance of challenging casework and rewarding patient interactions. This assignment is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs with charge nurse background seeking to expand their expertise in orthopedic and medical-surgical nursing beyond conventional settings.
