Job Description:

Join a specialized Level 3 NICU team in a 30-bed facility where you'll focus on caring for critically ill neonates. This 12-hour night shift offers a chance to work closely with a dedicated staff, managing patient ratios of 1-3, and honing your skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Prior travel experience is preferred, and teaching experience isn't required—just the right credentials, including BLS and RNC-NICU certification. Expect to participate in rotating weekends and possibly handle mandated overtime when needed, all while making a meaningful impact on vulnerable little lives. The role combines clinical expertise with teamwork, giving you a rewarding opportunity to advance your career in neonatal intensive care. Costsumed in scrubs (no preferred color), you'll follow infection control policies and wear appropriate shoes. No call is required, and EPIC experience is mandatory for documentation purposes.
