Job Description:

Join our team in a 20-bed Medsurg unit located in Oakes, North Dakota, where you'll play a vital role in managing patients with conditions like CHF, bowel obstruction, A-fib, and more. This 12-hour night shift offers a chance to put your assessment, infusion pump, medication administration, and social skills into practice while working alongside a dedicated team of CNAs and PCTs. You'll handle titratable drips such as insulin and heparin and manage respiratory equipment like Hamilton ventilators, CPAP, and BiPAP. While charge nurses lead the unit, you'll have opportunities for collaboration and independence in a supportive environment that values reliability and teamwork.
