Job Description:

This contract position involves delivering coordinated nursing care during night shifts for a diverse patient population. As a Float Pool nurse, you will supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff, ensuring care standards are maintained across multiple units. Your role combines hands-on patient oversight with leadership responsibilities, requiring critical thinking, professional judgment, and seamless collaboration with other disciplines.
