Job Description:

Join this specialized Labor and Delivery unit as a travel RN during night shifts. You'll be working in a closed-unit environment with 16 LDRP rooms, including a C-section suite and PACU, providing support for mothers and their babies during some of the most important moments. The role emphasizes L&D and mother/baby experience, with a dedicated support staff including preadmit nurses, discharge planners, maternity navigators, and lactation consultants. This position offers the chance to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in innovative programs such as the Eat, Sleep, Console approach and prenatal screening tools. Expect to focus on nursing care specific to labor, delivery, and postpartum, without the need to float outside the unit.
