Job Description:

Join us as a Registered Nurse in the obstetrics (L&D) unit at a small but busy hospital in Perryville. This role offers a chance to work a 12-hour night shift, providing critical support during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for caring for mothers and newborns in a 7-bed labor and delivery unit, with a patient load of approximately two patients per nurse. The ideal candidate is confident working independently in a small setting, with a strong labor background and relevant certifications like BLS and NRP. ACLS and fetal monitoring experience are preferred. This contract offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week, with occasional overtime to help cover staff PTO, and minimal weekend hours. The hospital relies on EPIC for electronic medical records and maintains a supportive environment for travelers who enjoy a tight-knit community and a scenic setting along the Mississippi River.

Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 pm – 7:15 am

Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed, with occasional overtime
