Job Description:

Join a dedicated outpatient therapy team in a critical access facility providing outpatient physical therapy services. This role involves managing a schedule of approximately 9 patient visits daily across 25 treatment rooms. You will perform assessments, develop discharge plans, set short-term goals, and implement home exercise programs. The position offers a chance to apply your expertise in vital signs, transfer techniques, and recognizing signs of physical, sexual, and psychological abuse, all while working in a setting with no on-call responsibilities. Expect to work weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on a consistent schedule, with the possibility to discuss time off requests with management. This unique outpatient-focused assignment allows you to gain substantial clinical experience in a supportive environment, perfect for therapists with at least one year of experience, including first-timers eager to start a new chapter.
