Job Description:

This ICUs intensive night shift adventure invites experienced Critical Care RNs to step into a collaborative environment where you'll manage a diverse patient population. You'll handle complex cases including open hearts, CHF, sepsis, CVAs with TPA, and neuro cases, often floating between ICU, PCU, and Med Surg units to meet patient needs. Expect a role that keeps you engaged with procedures like IABP, Impella, and CRRT, and requires swift adaptation to varying acuity levels.
