Job Description:

This pediatric cardiovascular ICU contract offers a chance to work in a specialized unit caring for young patients with complex heart conditions. You’ll be the primary nurse providing attentive, one-on-one care during 12-hour night shifts. The role involves managing patient statuses with ratios of 1:1 or 1:2, depending on ICU needs, and stepdown care at a 1:3 ratio. Your expertise in pediatric cardiology will be vital as you monitor, assess, and support your young patients through critical moments.
