Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU team where you'll delve into the intricate world of neuro and vascular patient care. This role involves managing complex cases such as stroke patients, vascular surgeries, and multi-level back surgeries, all while working night shifts of 12 hours. Your expertise in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, ICP monitoring, ventilator management, CRRT, and spinal drains will be essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Expect a balanced yet dynamic schedule without stable 3x12 shifts—alternating between every other 4x12s or a straight 4x12 pattern, providing variety and flexibility in your work routine. The unit fosters a collaborative environment where float roles across ICU, Neuro, and SCU enhance your skills across multiple critical areas, with weekend work every other week and no call responsibilities.
